The article presents the author's insight on the continuous turn of the cultures of transport and mobility in Europe. The author discusses his structural observation on the crucial factors associated with the European cultures of transport such as the significant involvement of a community and the absence of internationality wherein culture history is restricted to the English-speaking world. The author explores the three elements in the conceptual definition of culture, such as what human beings think in a sense of perspectives including outlook and belief, what they are doing in the sense of actions, and the material artefacts which they create. |
