Musculoskeletal disorders are a challenge for the occupational physician as they can occur in a work-related situation., They must, however, be separated from occupational diseases. At first glance, the change in a worker's capability can be taken to indicate lower efficiency. The ergonomic discussion in the Porsche Improvement Process has led to solutions which could usually be realized. Die muskuloskelettalen Erkrankungen bedeuten für den Arbeitsmediziner eine Herausforderung. In deren Kausalität ist die “Arbeitsbedingtheit” nicht auszuschließen. Sie sind auf der anderen Seite als solche von der Beruferkrankung eindeutig zu trennen. Die Leistungswandelung des Mitarbeiters kann zunächst eine Leistungsminderung bedeuten. Die im Porsche-Verbesserungsprozess eingebettete Ergonomiediskussion führte prozessbegleitend zu Lösungsvorschlägen, die überwiegend umgesetzt werden konnten. Der Begriff Leistungswandelung führte zu dem positiven Begriff der fähigkeitsgerechten Tätigkeit. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
