مستخلص:	The article offers information on the agreement and amendment made to food regulation in Europe. Belgium notified a draft Royal Decree pertaining to the use of plant ingredients and plant preparations in food supplements as stated in Section General Food Law of May 2, 2011. The Bulgarian Parliament was able to reach an agreement on the establishment of Bulgarian Food Safety Agency. France had to amend its legislation on the processing aids as part of European Court of Justice's (ECJ) judgment.
