| Abstract (English): |
Considering the good cooperation relations between the Romanian Police and Spanish Police, from 19 to 23 September 2011 were organized two training courses supported by experts and specialists from the Civil Guard in Spain, with the themes: "Crime Scene Investigation of blast for terrorist attacks. Analysis of samples." and "Scanning Electron Microscopy and Judicial Ballistic". By organizing such training courses was intended to make an important contribution in terms of improving the professional knowledges of Romanian specialists and experts in these areas through interactive exposure of common and specific problems in this kind of crime scene investigations and in these types of forensic examinations, and to identify concrete solutions on how to resolve their. The two training courses certainly represented activities with impact on our professional skills, experiences with many challenges, conclusions, lessons to draw and human interactions, which will help us to develop in the future and, especially, represented another step towards efficiency and performance for optimum results in forensic science activity. Având în vedere relaţiile de bună cooperare existente între Poliţia Română şi Poliţia Spaniolă, în perioada 19-23 septembrie 2011 au fost organizate două cursuri de pregătire susţinute de experţi şi specialişti din cadrul Gărzii Civile din Spania, cu temele: "Cercetarea la faţa locului a exploziilor produse în cazul atacurilor teroriste. Analiza probelor." şi "Microscopie Electronică şi Balistică Judiciară". Prin organizarea acestor cursuri de pregătire s-a dorit să se aducă o contribuţie importantă în ceea ce priveşte perfecţionarea pregătirii profesionale a specialiştilor şi experţilor români în domeniile amintite, prin expunerea interactivă a problemelor comune şi specifice în efectuarea acestui gen de cercetare a locului faptei şi acestor genuri de examinări criminalistice, cât şi în identificarea unor soluţii concrete privind modul de rezolvare a acestora. Cele două cursuri au reprezentat, cu siguranţă, activităţi cu impact asupra abilităţilor noastre profesionale, experienţe cu multe provocări, concluzii, învăţăminte de tras şi interacţiuni umane, care ne vor ajuta să ne dezvoltăm şi în viitor şi, mai ales, au reprezentat încă un pas spre eficienţă şi performanţă pentru obţinerea de rezultate optime în activitatea criminalistică.
