| Abstract (English): |
The purpose of this study was to identify the properties of reputable professions and their applications to physical education from the viewpoint of physical education specialists. A questionnaire was designed to fulfill the purpose of the study. The study sample was chosen purposively. Individuals (n = 726) distributed into physical education worker in the field (faculty members at the university, physical education supervisors, physical education teachers, as well as senior physical education students, at Jordanian universities. Data were gathered and treated statistically by using (SPSS) model. The results of the study revealed that the study sample determines that teaching physical education could be considered as one of professions because of its congruency with the properties of those reputable professions,. Also, the results showed significant statistical differences at (∞ ≤.05) level of significance pertaining to profession properties domain, when taking occupational levels of the sample into account, where the responses of higher occupations such as PE university faculty members, and those who have higher qualifications such as graduate degree holders, and those teachers who have greater experiences, in addition to those individuals who work on private sectors such as private schools and institutions as well as UNRWA school teachers. هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على مقومات المهن ذات المكانة المعتبرة وربطها ومقارنتها بالتعليم في التربية الرياضية من وجهة نظر متخصصيها، ومدى إمكانية اعتماد واعتبار تخصص التعليم في التربية الرياضية "مهنة" في ضوء المقومات المتعارف عليها. وقام الباحثان بإعداد وتصميم استبانه لتحقيق المقاصد المبتغاة. وتم اختيارعينة قوامها (726) فردًا، موزعة على جميع أعضاء هيئات التدريس في كليات التربية الرياضية في الجامعات الأردنية، ومشرفي ومعلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية في مديريات التربية والتعليم في مدارس المملكة الحكومية والخاصة ووكالة الغوث الدولية، وطلاب جامعيين في السنة الرابعة بكليات التربية الرياضية في الجامعات الأردنية. وقام الباحثان باستخدام المعالجة الإحصائية المناسبة كالتكرارات والنسب المئوية، واختبار تحليل التباين المتعدد (ANOVA) اولمتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية، واختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي للمقارنات البعدية. ودلت النتائج على أن استجابات أفراد العينة وتقديرهم (Scheffe') واختبار شيفيه ,(MANOVA) لمقومات المهنة جاءت بدرجة متوسطة بين جميع المجالات، حيث حصل المجال الأخلاقي على المرتبة الأولى، ومجال الترخيص والحقوق المهنية المرتبة الأخيرة بين مجالات المحور ككل. وجاءت الفروق في استجابات أفراد العينة حول محور لمقومات المهنة بحيث تشكل دلالة معنوية باختلاف المركز الوظيفي لهم. في حين لم تظهر فروق دالة معنويًا تعزى لمتغير الجنس. بينما كان هناك فروق دالة إحصائيًا تعزى لكل من المؤهل العلمي والخبرة وللعاملين في القطاع الخاص ووكالة الغوث. وأوصى الباحثان باعتماد المقومات المهنية لإمكانية تمهين التعليم في التربية الرياضية، واخضاع معلمي التربية الرياضية لاختبارات مهنية دورية للوقوف على أهليتهم وكفاءتهم التعليمية وبالتالي مساعدتهم في تطوير أدائهم.
