مستخلص: The article presents a study which aims to examine the efficacy of a tumescent-free technique with the use of mechanochemical ablation (MOCA). Patient improvement was assessed by venous clinical severity score (VCSS) and clinical-etiology-anatomy-pathophysiology (CEAP) class. The study shows that saphenous veins MOCA has the advantage of endovenous ablation with no tumescent anesthesia, which makes it a nearly pain-free procedure.
