| Abstract (English): |
This study aims to identify the quality of information and its impact on innovative leadership from the employees' perspective in Jordan Islamic Bank for Investment and Finance in the provinces of the southern region in Jordan. A questionnaire of (57) items was developed and distributed. Due to the small population size intentional sampling method was used. (150) questionnaires were distributed and (79) were collected and analyzed. The findings revealed the following: 1. The perceptions of workers in the Jordan Islamic Bank to the dimensions of the quality of information have had a high estimate. 2. There is a statistically significant impact for the quality of information (accuracy of information comprehensiveness of information and the timely information) on innovative leadership at significance level (α ≤ 0.05). The study recommends the need to focus on the comprehensiveness of information as well as on providing timely and accurate information. The study also emphasizes the need to adopt leadership policies to encourage employees to be innovative. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

ھدفت ھذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى جودة المعلومات وأثرھا في القیادة الإبداعیة من وجھة نظر العاملین في البنك الإسلامي الأردني للاستثمار والتمویل في محافظات إقلیم الجنوب، وقد تم استخدام المنھج الوصفي التحلیلي حیث تم تطویر استبانھ تكونت من (57) فقرة موزعة على مجالات الدراسة ، و نظرا لصغر حجم مجتمع الدراسة فقد تم استخدام اسلوب العينة القصدیة حيث تم توزيع (150) استبانة، وقد بلغ عدد الاستبانات التي تم استعادتھا وخضعت للتحلیل (79) استبانة، وقد تم استخدام اسلوب التحلیل الوصفي وتحلیل الانحدار المتعدد والتدریجي وقد بینت نتائج الدراسة ما یلي:1. أن تصورات العاملین في البنك الإسلامي الأردني لأبعاد جودة المعلومات حصلت على تقدیر مرتفع.2. وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائیة لجودة المعلومات (دقة المعلومات، شمولیة المعلومات، وتوقیت المعلومات) في القیادة. (0.05≥α) الإبداعیة عند مستوى الدلالةوتوصي الدراسة بضرورة التركیز على كل من شمولیة المعلومات وتوفیرھا بالوقت المناسب وبمستوى عال من الدقة، كما توصي الدراسة بضرورة جث العاملین على الإبداع وتبنى سیاسات قیادیة تشجع العاملین إلى الممارسات القیادیة الابداعیة.
