| مستخلص: | The article discusses the results of a brief survey of some typical uses of the CHI+NP expressions in Chinese. It considered CHI as an omnipotent polysemous verb whose semantic content varies with different NPs in the CHI+NP combination. It also notes that the meaning change of CHI brings about a corresponding adjustment of the postverbal unconventional object in meaning. |
