مستخلص: This article studies the impact of cloud computing and Web 2.0 on the company’s operating performance review. The intermediary role played by the integration of the supply chain will be analyzed. We choose a random sample of 394 companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange during the years 2010 to 2015. Using telephone survey data were collected and the computer system was used to manage the respondents’ answers. The response rate was 19.25 percent. In this study, factor analysis and structural equation modeling were used to test the hypotheses. The results show that cloud computing needs to support mediation supply chain integration. Web 2.0 is a positive relationship between supply chain integration and operational performance there. Results also showed a significant positive correlation between supply chain integration and operational performance there. Trust and information sharing on supply chain integration helps to provide a better operational performance. The results show that cloud applications can cause integration better supply chain and ultimately, improve the overall operating performance.` [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
