مستخلص: The surrounding environment is easy to cause pollution in the mining process. How to effectively control the environmental protection problems in the mining process has become the focus of people's attention. Among them, mining subsidence has a greater impact on the safety and environmental protection of mining. Similar material model test method has limited measurement data during mining subsidence and the measurement accuracy is not high. In order to solve this problem, in this paper, we propose to introduce industrial measurement methods into similar material model observations. A three-dimensional optical dense point cloud measurement system is used to collect point cloud data on the model surface. Based on the analysis of the extraction of the mining crack boundary on the surface of the model, we have compiled a mining crack boundary extraction program. Furthermore, the automatic extraction of overburden mining cracks is realized. The results show that the boundary extraction method in this paper can automatically extract the crack boundary on the model surface and realize the visualization of the crack boundary. This research can provide quantitative and visual data for ground subsidence space, cumulative crack space and coal mining space analysis. And it is of great significance in environmental protection and green mining in coal mines. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
