| Abstract (English): |
In order to discover the reason for the down jacket explosion, starting with the down jacket washing and care methods, the paper carries out research online and offline on five domestic down jacket brands with high market share. By analyzing the washing care labels (incl. fiber composition, washing, bleaching, drying and ironing) of 252 pieces of down jackets, the following conclusions were drawn: polyester and nylon are most widely used for down jackets’ shells and linings; 89% of down jackets use duck’s down as filling; all down jackets need to be washed by hand, and the highest washing temperature is 40℃; all down jackets cannot be dry cleaned or be bleached; 67.5% of down jackets cannot be tumbled dry; among the natural dry methods, 92.5% of down jackets need to hang dry, 7.5% of down jackets need to hang dry in the shade; all down jackets cannot be ironed. The research results provide a reference for the appliance industry and detergent companies to develop products for down laundry and also provide consumers with laundry advice. 为了解羽绒服爆炸现象背后的原因, 文章从羽绒服的洗护方法入手, 通过实地与线上两种方式调研了 5 个具有市场高占比的国产羽绒服品牌, 共计252件羽绒服的洗护标签, 对其纤维成分、洗涤、漂白、干燥、熨烫 等洗护标签信息进行统计与分析, 得出：调研产品中, 涤纶、锦纶为羽绒服面料、里料应用最多的纤维材料, 以鸭绒为填充物的应用比例占89%; 100%的羽绒服水洗方式为手洗, 最高洗涤温度40 ℃, 100%不可干洗及不 可漂白; 67.5%的羽绒服标明不可翻转干燥, 自然干燥方式中, 92.5%的羽绒服为悬挂晾干, 7.5%为在阴凉处悬 挂晾干; 100%的羽绒服不可熨烫. 调研结果可为家电行业和洗涤剂企业研发羽绒服洗护产品提供参考, 也可为 消费者提供洗护建议.
