The article presents information on the requirement of the assessment of the liability to the homeowners' associations after the foreclosures in Florida and the U.S. The requirement of an assessment is due to the failure of the payment of debts by mortgagee owed to the homeowners' associations and the lending institutions. Information on the statutes of Florida concerning the liability of the homeowners' associations is also presented. |
