مستخلص:	A study comparing patients with cervical intra-epithelial neoplasia (CIN) showed a higher incidence of Urea-plasma urealyticum (76 per cent) and Mycoplasma hom-inis (29-5 per cent) in patients with CIN than in control women (58 per cent and 14 per cent respectively). This finding was significant even with the rise in U. urealyticum isolation reported with increasing numbers of sexual partners. The incidence of M. hominis infection was much higher in patients with CIN 3 than in those with CIN 1 or 2. These results suggest a possible association between U. urealyticum and M. hominis with CIN.
