الوصف: MG significantly modifies the metabolism of bone tissue leading to site-specific alterations in the remodeling process. The hydroxyapatite (HAP) ( Ca5(PO4)3(OH) )is chemically similar to the inorganic component of bone matrix. nHPA are used in biomedical applications. The idea behind the research is to study the in vitro effect of nHAPs enriched in Sr on osteoblasts and osteoclasts viability and differentiation in simulated MG and aboard of the International Space Station (ISS).
