| الوصف: | Alabaş (Brassica oleracea), özellikle Türkiye'nin Doğu Anadolu bölgesinde yetişen tıbbi yapraklı bir bitki olması yanı sıra önemli bir besin kaynağıdır. Bu çalışma geçiş sürecinde ki sera koşullarında alabaş bitkisinin kalite ve verim özelliklerini araştırmak için tasarlanmıştır. Çalışmamızda dört farklı alabaş çeşidi (Azur Star, Kordial F1, Kolibri F1 ve Lech F1), iki faktörlü bölünmüş parseller tasarımı kullanılarak malçlı ve malçsız parseller olmak üzere her parselde üç tekrar olacak şekilde dikimler yapılmıştır. Organik gübre dört bloktan her birine sabit miktarda uygulanmıştır. Sonuçlar, malç uygulamasının, alabaş yumrularının morfolojik parametrelerinin çoğunu (toplam ağırlık, toplam çap, tahmini hacim) geliştirdiğini göstermiştir. Benzer şekilde, malç içeren bloklar farklı alabaş çeşitlerinde, toplam çözünür katı madde içeriği, nitrat, antioksidanlar ve lif miktarı gibi çoğu biyokimyasal özellik üzerinde önemli bir etkiye sahip olduğunu göstermiştir. Bu çalışma sonuçlarına göre, organik yetistiricilikte malç kullanımının iki alabaş çeşidinin (Azur Star ve Kolibri F1) kalitesini ve verimini artırabileceği sonucuna varılmıştır. Kohlrabi (Brassica oleracea) is an important nutritive as well as medicinal leafy vegetable crop grown mostly in the Eastern Anatolia region of Turkey. The current study was designed with the aim to investigate the quality and yield traits of kohlrabi in the presence of transitional greenhouse conditions. In the current experiment, four different cultivars of kohlrabi (Azur Star, Kordial F1, Kolibri F1, and Lech F1) were sown in the presence and absence of mulch in three replications by following two factorial split plot design. The organic fertilizer was mixed constantly each of the four blocks. The results showed that the application of mulch improved most of the morphological parameters (total weight, total diameter, estimated volume) of kohlrabi crop. Likewise, the blocks having mulch with also showed significant effect on most of the biochemical traits like total soluble solids, nitrate, antioxidant and fiber contents of different varieties of kohlrabi. It is concluded from this experiment that the use of organic conditions in the presence of mulches have the ability to improve both the quality and yield of the two cultivars (Azur Star and Kolibri F1) of kohlrabi. |
