A 17 years old 46 XX woman presented with a hypergonadotrophic amenorrhea after a normal puberty at 11. Coelioscopy and histology revealed atrophic ovaries. Her mother had been treated for multiple sclerosis with chlorambucil 4 mg b.d. before and during pregnancy. Seven cases of treatment with chlorambucil during pregnancy have been reported showing two cases of foetal unilateral renal agenesis. A longitudinal survey would be useful to assess the fertility of the offsprings of patients treated with immunosuppressants during pregnancy.
