الوصف: Introduction: Misclassification of patients with pulmonary hypertension may occur due to reliance on automated pulmonary wedge pressure (PWP) measurements instead of end-expiration measurements. The long-term outcomes of patients who are misclassified are unclear. We performed a retrospective study to characterize misclassified patients and to assess their outcomes. Methods: Review of clinical and hemodynamic data was performed for all patients who underwent right heart catheterization at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center with a mean pulmonary arterial pressure>25mmHg and PWP
