الوصف: Optical identifications are provided for radio emission from the region of the sky associated with objects in the galactic cluster A1716 and stars projected on it. The identifications are based on 1400 MHz radio charts obtained at the NRAO observatory. A comparison of the bright radio source with right ascension RA(J)=13h19m03s.1 and declination DEC(J)=+34°23’54" with the galaxy IC883 reveals good coincidence for many objects and greatly increases the fraction of identified radio sources. It turns out that the coordinate system of the radio sources identified with stars in this region is shifted relative to the coordinate system of the radio sources identified with objects from a diffuse image. As a result, 90% of the radio sources have been identified in the area being studied. We explain the observed shift of the coordinate system of the radio stars relative to the radio galaxy in terms of refraction of radio waves in the interstellar medium.
