الوصف: This paper proposes a half bridge resonance inverter for induction heating of metal with power regulation, high pulse frequency is controlled by the dsPIC33FJl6GS4O4 chip IC. The load power is adjusted by the switching frequency under zero voltage switch (ZVS). The feasibility of these proposed frequency control techniques are confirmed by simulation and experimental results. Inverter increases efficiency prototype designed to input power of 1.5 kW. It can heat 3 size steel workpieces with diameter approx. 3 mm. Length 50 mm., 5 mm. Length 70 mm. and 10 mm. length 70 mm. for the tensile test.
