(S2A) Competitive binding assay to examine the binding specificity of PSMAb. Different amount of PSMA protein was incubated with PSMAb before it was applied for the incubation with PSMA positive C4-2 cells and examined by flow cytometry. (S2B) DSC assay to examine the thermostability of PSMAb. Dialyzed PSMAb was diluted to 0.9 mg/mL and analyzed using VP-DSC capillary cell microcalorimeter.
