| الوصف: | Immune heparin-induced thrombocytopenia is a rare complication of heparin administration. We describe a patient with a previous diagnosis of heparin-induced thrombocytopenia and related contraindications to anticoagulation who underwent urgent off-pump myocardial revascularization with the administration of only antiaggregant therapy. |
