Behçet disease (BD) presents with lymphocytic and neutrophilic vasculitis of unknown aetiology. HLA-B*51, the endoplasmic reticulum aminopeptidase 1 (ERAP1), and interleukin 23 receptor (IL23R)/IL12R are genetic risk factors.
