الوصف: Based both modern unsatisfactory state of knowledge of natural reservoirs in the base complex (BC) and the economic situation of the country (it can not safely neutralize possible previous non rezultativi costs), it is concluded that now is premature (although strictly necessary) to initiate large-scale development of new oil and gas potential. Therefore, given the urgency of solving this problem for the Eastern region of Ukraine proposed to start its implementation in selected priority sites. It is necessary that these objects are characterized by the smallest risk of discovery in search of new BC oil and gas. An analysis of such priority to find new fields to be considered Pivnichnoiuliivskyi and Skhidnomolodivskyi sites where industrial productivity Precambrian in fact already proved previous exploration work. In addition, be here at depths not exceeding 4 000 meters and therefore the cost of drilling will be insignificant. Pivnichnoiuliivskyi assumed that the object can be incremented more than 5 standard units of fossil fuels, and the Skhidnomolodivskyi – local inferred resources amount to about 30–40 million tonnes of oil equivalent.
