| مستخلص: | La vivienda VIS ha cambiado la forma de habitar de las personas, tal ha sido el efecto que la vivienda no entiende la heterogeneidad de los núcleos familiares, por lo que no ofrece mecanismo de adaptabilidad para las familias, por otro Lado, no presenta mecanismos de productividad para los usuarios o para el mismo espacio público del proyecto, que les permita generar ingresos y/o crear un espacio público sustentable en el tiempo con su entorno. Por otra parte, esta adaptabilidad y flexibilidad se ajustará al flujo de ingresos de cada núcleo familiar que tolerará un crecimiento progresivo de la vivienda. Abordando el anterior contexto se identifica la ausencia de un modelo de vivienda de desarrollo progresivo en altura mínimo habitable, Bajo los principios de adaptabilidad y progresividad entorno a un núcleo el cual tendrá lo necesario para la habitabilidad del mismo y que posteriormente posibilite un crecimiento a partir de módulos que entienda la heterogeneidad de los núcleos familiares, manteniendo aspectos de sostenibilidad y orden en el proyecto. Con respecto al territorio y las grandes extensiones de asentamientos informales traducido como un problema, Entendido el terreno hoy en día como algo escaso y valioso. lo que conlleva a la decisión de que lo más pertinente es densificar los espacios, logrando espacios públicos más amplios con mayor diversidad de usos que puedan ser aprovechados por el sector y el proyecto mismo.
