| مستخلص: | Sentencia del Tribunal Supremo (Sala Cuarta) que casa y anula la sentencia dictada el 17 de enero de 2017 por el Tribunal Superior de Cataluña (Rec. 6724/2016) que había confirmado la instancia y declarado la naturaleza civil de la relación existente entre un profesor y una academia de estudios. En su fallo, el TS reconoce la naturaleza laboral de la relación. Supreme Court ruling (Fourth Chamber) which declares nule and void the judgment handed down on January 17, 2017 by the Superior Court of Catalonia (Rec. 6724/2016) that had confirmed the instance and declared the civil nature of the relationship between a teacher and a study academy. In its ruling, the SC recognizes the labour nature of the relationship. |
