| الوصف: | Über das Titelbild der Mailänder Pharmakopöe vom Jahre 1698. Das Zentralbild des Frontispiz zur 2. Ausgabe der Mailänder Pharmakopöe (1698) stellt eine Offizin dar, die unter Vornahme einiger Veranderungen einem Kupferstich von Wolfgang Kilian aus dem Microcosmus Hypochondriasis von M. Geiger (München, 1652) entlehnt ist. An den Vergleich beider Stiche schliefit der Verfasser einige allgemeine Überlegungen zur pharmazeutischen Ikonographie an. On the Frontispiece of the Milan Pharmacopoeia of 1698 . The central portion of the frontispiece of the 2nd edition of the Milan Pharmacopoeia of 1698, which depicts a pharmacy, is borrowed - with certain modifications - from an engraving by Wolfgang Kilian in Microcosmus Hypochondriacus , by M. Geiger (Munich, 1652). A comparative study of these two engravings leads the author to formulate several observations on interpretation of the pharmaceutical iconography. |
