| الوصف: | En el present article, discuteixo les relacions entre amor, nació i escriptura pedagògica a les novel·les i alguns textos de la crítica literària de Ignacio Manuel Altamirano. Mentre que en gran part de les seves novel·les, amor i nació estan íntimament lligats en el sentit de formar al·legories nacionals, en els textos posteriors, i sobretot en els fragments Antonia, Beatriz i Atenea, presenciem una tornada a l'erotisme que qüestiona la imatge de relacions amoroses (re-)productives i amb elles l'afany de l'escriptura pedagògica com a instrument de l'educació civilitzadora de les masses. In this article I will discuss the relation between love, nation and pedagogical writing in the novels and some literary critique of Ignacio Manuel Altamirano. While in the majority of his novels, love and nation are connected in an intimate way, and form national allegories, in the later texts and especially in the fragments Antonia, Beatriz, and Atenea, we realize the comeback of eroticism which questions the image of (re-)productive erotic relations and, at the same time, the function of pedagogical writing as an instrument of a civilizing education of the masses. En el presente artículo, discuto las relaciones entre amor, nación y escritura pedagógica en las novelas y algunos textos de la crítica literaria de Ignacio Manuel Altamirano. Mientras que en la mayoría de sus novelas, amor y nación están íntimamente ligados en el sentido de formar alegorías nacionales, en los textos posteriores, y sobre todo en los fragmentos Antonia, Beatriz y Atenea, presenciamos un regreso al erotismo que cuestiona la imagen de relaciones amorosas (re-)productivas y con ellas el afán de la escritura pedagógica como instrumento de la educación civilizadora de las masas. |
