| الوصف: | Depuis longtemps, les historiens du droit et de la justice prêtent avant tout attention aux crimes perpétrés et aux jugements prononcés, et délaissent le travail régulier accompli par les notaires, qu’ils exercent dans les villes ou les campagnes. Ceux-ci livrent pourtant des informations importantes sur les désaccords, les litiges et la résolution des conflits, qui ont souvent été instruits par le tribunal citadin. Aussi l’étude des actes notariés enregistrés à la fin du XVIe siècle par quatre notaires du village Castelgomberto, situé dans la Terre Ferme vénitienne, nous permet de saisir comment les individus résolvent leurs différends, quelles sont les instances sollicitées et de connaître le langage de la paix. For a long time, historians of law and justice have paid attention above all to the crimes committed and the judgments pronounced, and neglected the regular work accomplished by notaries, which they exercise in cities or the countryside. However, these provide important information on disagreements, disputes, and conflict resolution, which were often investigated by the city court. Therefore the study of notarial deeds recorded at the end of the 16th century by four notaries from the village Castelgomberto, located in the Venetian Terra Firma, allows us to understand how individuals resolve their disputes, what authorities are requested and to know the language of the peace. |
