| الوصف: | Je m’attacherai dans ce texte à trois constats et à leur articulation critique pour tenter de comprendre le phénomène de violence que constitue l’allergie de l’Église au réagencement du familialisme, les techniques de reproduction assistées permettant aujourd’hui des mutations de la filiation biologique et hétérosexuelle. L’enjeu est de protéger la cohérence de l’institution autour d’une idée du droit naturel, que l’analyse de J. Butler récuse comme menant à réduire la famille à une « cellule de souveraineté ». In this text, I will focus on three observations and their critical linkage to understand the phenomenon of violence constituted by the Church’s allergy to the reorganisation of familialism, with assisted reproduction techniques now allowing mutations in biological and heterosexual filiation. The challenge is to protect the coherence of the institution around an idea of natural law, which Butler’s analysis rejects as leading to the reduction of the family to a ‘cell of sovereignty.’ |
