مستخلص: This article focuses on the issue of drawing Latino teens & tweens into the public library through targeted programs and collections. A brief statistical overview of Latino teens and tweens from the Pew Hispanic Center is presented. The article also provides examples of targeted programming from the Phoenix, Arizona library, Yuma County Library, and Charlotte Mecklenburg Library in North Carolina. Suggested programming includes a comic book collaboration, t-shirt design and other "for teens by teens" programs. The article suggests that libraries can bring teens to the library with cultural incentives, a positive social network, and fun.
