مستخلص: Objective: To discuss the treatment of nasal (nasal-type) NK-T cell lymphoma.
Method: From 1993 to 2000, there were twenty one nasal (nasal-type) NK-T cell lymphoma patients treated in our department, three patients were treated with only radiotherapy, eighteen patients were treated combination radiotherapy with chemotherapy, and all patients were followed up for 1-8 years.
Result: Eleven patients completely alleviated, six patients partial alleviated, four aggravated and two died.
Conclusion: The prognosis of nasal (nasal-type) NK-T cell lymphoma is not satisfactory. The combination therapy for it is the optimal at present.
