مستخلص: The experiments were performed in rats with transplanted sarkoma M-1. The injections of synthetic peptide vilon at the doses 0.5 mcg sigificantly increased the apoptosis of tumor cells in the experiment as compared to the control group. So vilon has possessed the oncomodulating action on the transplanted carcinoma. The injections of epigene lead to the inhibition of the sarcoma growth due to the development of the hemorragic necrosis and apoptosis increased. The results obtained suggested that vilon and epigene are the perspective preparates in the cancer therapy.
