| مستخلص: | The clinical medical environment is highly changeable. Hospital administrators must face and resolve various kinds of crisis. Effective crisis management can preempt or reduce negative impacts on an organization, as well as reduce unnecessary costs and bolster an organization's reputation. This article uses actual cases to describe crisis management with reference to four stages of crisis development and 6M models, providing instruction from experience, Educational growth, and enhanced crisis handling and crisis management skills. |
