مستخلص: The study was targeted to investigate the propagation of rubella virus in the cell cultures of various origins and with different cultivation methods. The high-yielding strain of rubella virus was produced. The "spinner-culture" cultivation method was applied and the strain's RNA was detected in 10-8 dilution in real time mode. This strain is supposed to be used in preparation of the standard antigen to implement in the development of immune enzyme test system targeted to the rubella virus specific antibodies.
