| مستخلص: | We report the case of a 43-year-old woman with severe coronary artery disease, coarctation of the aorta and dextrocardia. Concomitant repair was achieved by coronary artery bypass grafting and ascending-descending bypass of the proximal descending thoracic aorta. |
