مستخلص: Male infertility is becoming a concern of the world. Studies show that testicular inflammation is closely related to male infertility, which often manifests itself in low sperm count and motility and even the loss of fertility. In recent years, testicular inflammation-induced male infertility is arousing more and more attention, which adds to the significance of its study. It is imperative to establish stable and reliable animal models for further research on orchitis-induced spermatogenetic dysfunction and the mechanisms of spermatogenesis. This article presents an overview of recent studies on the establishment of animal models of orchitis to provide some reference for researchers in the relevant fields.

Local Abstract: [Publisher, Chinese] 男性不育已成为全世界关注的问题。研究表明,睾丸炎症反应与男性不育密切相关,通常表现为精子数目减少、精子活力降低,甚至丧失生育能力等。近年来因睾丸炎所致男性生育能力下降的问题越来越凸显,鉴于此,对于睾丸炎症的研究有非常重要的意义。为了更好的对睾丸炎所致生精功能障碍问题和精子发生的机制方面进行深入的研究,需要建立稳定可靠的睾丸炎动物模型。本文综述了近年来研究者们对睾丸炎症动物模型的研究,以期为相关领域研究者提供参考。.
