مستخلص: This paper reports 2 cases of female carriers of the FMR1 premutation for developing spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD). These women had classical presentations of premutation symptoms, including anxiety, depression, and connective tissue problems, all of which can contribute to SCAD. These cases suggest a possible connection between the fragile X premutation and a predisposition to SCAD.
