| مستخلص: | Hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis is a highly fatal hyperinflammatory syndrome that is increasingly being recognized in adults. It can be primary or secondary in the setting of malignancy, autoimmune disorders, infections, or acquired immune deficiencies.
