مستخلص: Achieving an optimal surgical result in patients with major aortopulmonary collateral arteries (MAPCAs) requires a thorough preoperative evaluation of the anatomy and physiology of the pulmonary circulation. This review provides a detailed description of diagnostic catheterization in patients with MAPCAs, including a summary of catheterization techniques, an overview of commonly used terms, and a review of MAPCA and pulmonary artery angiographic anatomy.
