مستخلص: This report describes the clinical presentation and progression of a Serratia marcescens-associated subcutaneous abscess in a dog with hypothyroidism, hyperadrenocorticism and diabetes mellitus. The S. marcescens isolate was resistant to several antibiotics. Treatment with antibiotics and topical antiseptics was not successful.
