| مستخلص: | Endoscopic repair of large nasal septal perforation (SP) remains a rather challenging procedure. The presented modification of vascularized flap, which is supplied with branches of posterior septal artery, has proven to be convenient and effective in closure of SPs larger than 2 cm.
