مستخلص: Abstract: Atraumatic splenic rupture is rare and not often considered in the differential diagnosis for patients with abdominal pain. This article describes a patient with atraumatic splenic rupture complicated by a congenital splenorenal anomalous shunt. The congenital anomaly increases patient risk and the degree of surgical difficulty, even if it is identified preoperatively.
