مستخلص: For patients with Biliary atresia, antibiotic prophylaxis after Kasai portoenterostomy is a common practice. In this paper, we go back to review the quality of this evidence and suggest more research is required to demonstrate the efficacy of antibiotic prophylaxis in this population.
