مستخلص: Most fetal anomalies can be detected during the second trimester of chromosomal anomaly screening. However, even an experienced sonographer might fail to notice a fetal neck mass during this screening and would be diagnosed at a later point in time. In this case report, we have followed up on an incidentally detected case of fetal neck mass on antenatal sonography with post-delivery ultrasound and contrast-enhanced computed tomography.
