| مستخلص: | Seventeen proven cases of complete hydatidiform mole and 14 sonographically similar nonmolar cases were studied in detail with a variety of ultrasound transducers. Complete hydatidiform moles can be reliably differentiated from other lesions with similar sonographic appearances by using a highly focused ultrasound transducer to image the near field of the intrauterine contents. |
