| مستخلص: | The results of observations on 176 patients with sepsis are presented. Criteria for diagnosis of acute surgical sepsis are substantiated, it symptoms, peculiarities of the course and outcome described. The criteria for differential diagnosis of diffuse purulent peritonitis and peritoneal sepsis on the basis of a mechanism of the polyorganic failure syndrome development are presented. |
