مستخلص: A new nutrient medium for the cultivation of bifidobacteria, containing dry nutrient bases of the Bactofoc series, has been developed. The nutrient medium composition has been adjusted by modern methods with the use of a model Bioscreen apparatus permitting the study of growth kinetics in 200 cultivation processes simultaneously. The new nutrient medium has been used in the development of the continuous flow cultivation of bifidobacteria in a bioreactor under anaerobic conditions.
