| مستخلص: | This pilot study evaluates the effects of quinapril, an angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor with high tissue-binding affinity, on microvascular endothelial function in patients with mild (<40% narrowing) coronary artery disease and epicardial endothelial dysfunction. Patients randomized to quinapril had a trend suggesting an increase in endothelium-dependent coronary blood flow response. |
