The article presents a study which evaluates whether stress perfusion magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) can detect myocardial hypoperfusion in patients with three-vessel coronary artery disease (CAD). The study was performed to 205 patients with CAD symptoms, in which the patient's imaging of myocardial perfusion was examined using two-dimensional saturation. The sensitivity and specificity for hemodynamically relevant stenoses were discussed. |
