| Abstract (English): |
This study aims to tackle the different aspects related to the hidden curriculum in E-learning and compare it with the hidden curriculum of traditional education. It also focuses on the criticisms against the hidden curriculum in E-learning which based on the hidden curriculum, and it tackles the positive and negative aspects of the hidden curriculum in E-learning and its elements. The researchers used the descriptive analytical method by extrapolating the educational literature that dealt with the hidden curriculum in E-learning. The results of the study revealed the existence of real differences between the hidden curriculum in E-learning and traditional education, and the negative psychological effects, as well as the definition of the positive and negative aspects of the hidden curriculum. In the light of the presented findings, the study provided a set of recommendations most notably, promoting the positive aspects of the hidden curriculum in E-learning by providing educational implications that support directly and indirectly in the official electronic curriculum. It also recommended conducting dialogues and studies about the hidden curriculum in E-learning and its current and future effects on the individual and society within the information and communication revolution. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة الجوانب المرتبطة بالمنهج الخفي في التعليم الإلكتروني ومقارنته بالمنهج الخفي في التعليم التقليدي، والانتقادات الموجهة للتعليم الإلكتروني استناداً إلى المنهج الخفي. وعالجت هذه الدراسة الجوانب الإيجابية والسلبية للمنهج الخفي في التعليم الإلكتروني وعناصره، واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، باستقراء الأدب التربوي السابق الذي عالج المنهج الخفي في التعليم الإلكتروني. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فروق حقيقية بين المنهج الخفي في التعليم الإلكتروني والتعليم التقليدي، وإلى وجود آثار نفسية سلبية وإيجابية للمنهج الخفي في التعليم الإلكتروني، فضال عن توضيح الجوانب الإيجابية والسلبية لهذا المنهج . وفي ضوء هذه النتائج خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات، أبرزها تعزيز الجوانب الإيجابية للمنهج الخفي في التعليم الإلكتروني، بتوفير المضامين التربوية الداعمة بطريقة مباشرة وغير مباشرة في المنهج الإلكتروني الرسمي. وأوصت أيضا بإجراء الحوارات والدراسات حول المنهج الخفي في التعليم الإلكتروني، وتأثيراته الآنية والمستقبلية على الفرد والمجتمع، في ظل ثورة المعلومات والتصقت.
